  2. 2

It sits at the bottom of the Training Browser.

These codes were published by Psyonix between 2017 and 2019. A code keeps working as long as its creator keeps the pack, so if one won’t load, it was taken down. Packs are only half of it: if you keep losing to the same mistakes, Rocket League coaching finds them in your replays.

A plan

Which Packs to Play at Your Rank

Go by the difficulty Psyonix gave each pack, one step above your current rank.

Bronze to Gold

Hit the ball on purpose

  • Novice Aerials
  • Novice Defender
  • Oneills SubParButinHD Pack
  • Air Roll Shots

Goal: clean first touches and saves you mean to make.

Platinum to Diamond

Win the air and the back post

  • The ultimate warm-up
  • Double Jump Aerials
  • Shadow Saves
  • Pass Training
  • Self Double Touch: Pro

Goal: aerials under pressure and defense that doesn’t panic.

Champion and up

Mechanics that win games

  • Dribble Training
  • Backboard Shots
  • Redirect
  • Overhead Goalie #2
  • Recreating RLCS7

Goal: redirects, backboard reads and controlled possession.

Play a pack until you clear most shots, then move on. Grinding one shot for an hour teaches frustration.

Set your camera first so the feel doesn’t change later: see our pro settings breakdown.

Free Play between packs. Packs teach the shot; free play teaches you to set it up yourself.
