From booking to recap
How a coaching session is prepared
The four steps below run in the same order for every session. Anything you should prepare before the call is agreed at step three, so the session starts on the goal instead of on setup.
Share your context
Send your player tag, current goal, main deck and two or three ordinary replays. Losses usually show more than highlight wins.
Choose the format
Pick the focused service that matches the goal, or hourly coaching when the agenda is a custom mix.
Confirm the agenda
Focus areas and anything you should prepare are agreed before the session starts.
Receive the recap
The session closes with written priorities and drills you can apply in your next games.
The recap lands in the order thread, so every correction, drill and priority stays attached to the session that produced it.
The coaching loop
One correction at a time, rehearsed until it sticks
Every session runs the same loop against the goals you bring, whether the coach watches you live or walks replays with you. The loop exists because a decision that is explained and then rehearsed survives longer than one that is only described.
Diagnose
The coach reads your replays or watches a live game and isolates the decisions that repeat.
Challenge
You compare the played move with one stronger alternative, grounded in your deck and the matchup.
Practise
The corrected behavior is rehearsed live or in scenario drills until it becomes the natural response.
Review
The session closes with notes: what changed, the drills to run and the priorities for the next matches.
What you leave with
A note you can act on after the call
Session notes follow a fixed structure so a correction stays readable next week, not just live in the call. The panel shows that structure with realistic descriptions so you know exactly what a recap contains.
Each session is built from your replays, your deck and the matchups you actually face: the coach diagnoses the decision that repeats, explains the stronger alternative and its context, and closes with a recap you can act on. Coaching improves decisions — it does not promise ranks or win rates — so the payoff is progress you can see in your own matches.

Structural example: the fields shown are the real recap structure, filled with descriptions of what each field records. It is not a transcript of a specific session or a claim about any result.
Written notes, not just talk
Each recap records the fight or decision, what was played, the stronger alternative and the drill that rehearses it.
One drill per correction
Every correction closes with a drill you can run solo, so practice does not depend on scheduling another session.
Matchup context you can reuse
Each correction explains the matchup behind it: why the alternative fits your deck and how to read the same situation when it shows up again.
Scheduling, rescheduling and refunds
Every session is booked on a confirmed window
The coach's availability defines the first proposed window; your confirmation locks the start time. Once confirmed, the rules below govern changes, cancellations and refunds.
Scheduling
A session is confirmed when you agree to a proposed window. The agreed start time, format and focus belong to the confirmation, not to an open promise.
Rescheduling
Window changes are possible before the session; the more notice you give, the easier it is to refit the coach's calendar. Last-minute moves may count against the provider's availability.

Cancellation and refund rules follow the policy pages below. A missed session at the agreed time counts as a no-show and is treated under the Refund Policy.

No. Coaching is instruction: you keep control of your account and play while the coach observes, explains, and helps you practise.
How should I prepare?
Bring your player tag, current goal, main deck, and a few representative replays. Ordinary losses are often more useful than highlight wins.
