Terms of Service

We provide personalized coaching, solo/duo boosting, placement matches, and "Play with a High Elo" services. Certain Services may require account access, scheduling restrictions, or gameplay performed on your behalf.

You must be of legal age in your country and have a valid League of Legends account.

All services must be paid upfront. We accept secure payment methods as listed on our website.

Boosting refund requests may be reviewed only before work starts. Once a boosting order has started, it is non-refundable, and no full or partial refund will be issued regardless of progress. If a buyer successfully accesses a purchased account and the account matches its listing, the sale is final and non-refundable; immediate access failures, material listing discrepancies, and qualifying warranty issues may be disputed with evidence. Warranty issues may receive non-refund remedies, such as seller assistance or an eligible replacement, under the Account Warranty Policy.

Coaching purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable, whether used or unused. The Monthly Coaching Program provides 30 hours per billing cycle with a professional coach specialized in the player's lane. Unused hours expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over, become credit, or qualify for a refund. Forgetting an active subscription does not qualify for a refund. Cancellation must be requested through EloAscend Support and applies to future renewals only.

Clients must provide accurate information and comply with instructions given by coaches. The use of bots, cheats, or any violation of Riot Games' terms is strictly prohibited.

Boosting services involve inherent account risk. By purchasing any boosting-related service, you acknowledge that account sharing, rank manipulation, or similar conduct may be restricted by the game publisher or platform operator and may result in penalties, restrictions, suspensions, loss of rewards, rank rollback, or permanent enforcement action.

EloAscend operates as a security-focused service provider and uses safety-oriented procedures designed to reduce risk. However, no provider can eliminate risk entirely, and nothing on the Site should be understood as a guarantee that your account will remain free from publisher enforcement.

If you choose to purchase a boosting service, you do so at your own discretion and risk. EloAscend is not responsible for penalties, restrictions, suspensions, or other enforcement actions imposed by the game publisher or platform in connection with the use of boosting services.

While we aim to deliver Services professionally and securely, we cannot guarantee exact rank increases, match outcomes, queue conditions, timing, or uninterrupted availability. External variables such as patches, matchmaking, player behavior, and publisher action remain outside our control.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect once posted on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Brazil.
