The EloAscend TradeShield protects all sellers from any attempted fraud and chargebacks. EloAscend takes full responsibility for the entire selling and buying process in our marketplace.

All TradeShield features are completely free of charge and are in effect during every transaction.

Protection Against Fraud & Chargebacks:

• If fraudulent payments or chargebacks are attempted, EloAscend protects sellers by fulfilling payments to sellers regardless of the dispute outcomes
• Sellers will always receive their payments for delivered in-game items
• EloAscend resolves disputes with third-party payment providers without involving users in the process

TradeShield Account Warranty:

Account sales include a 5-day warranty for qualifying access, listing, or seller-caused issues. Immediate access failures or material listing discrepancies must be disputed with evidence before the account is used or altered. Once the buyer successfully accesses an account that matches the listing, the sale is final and non-refundable. Buyer's remorse and buyer-caused issues are not covered.
