Seller Rules – EloAscend Marketplace

Learn the complete seller rules for all categories on EloAscend. Breaking these rules can result in suspension or permanent bans.

Delivering Orders

  • On-Time Delivery: Deliver orders within the guaranteed time. Consistently failing to do so may get your listings removed.
  • Late/Partial Delivery: If an order will be late or incomplete, you must get the buyer's approval first.
  • Mark as Delivered: Only mark an order as delivered once it is completely fulfilled.

What's Prohibited

  • Scamming or Fraud: Zero-tolerance policy. Results in a permanent ban.
  • Outside Communication: Keep all communication on EloAscend's chat system.
  • Advertising: Do not advertise other websites or marketplaces.
  • External Payments: All payments must go through EloAscend.
  • Disrespectful Behavior: Treat buyers with respectβ€”no foul language, threats, or harassment.

Handling Disputes

  • Account/Boosting Orders: Respond within 12 hours with proof or a solution.
  • Currency/Item Orders: Upload proof within 2 hours to avoid a potential full refund for the buyer.

Marketplace Guidelines

  • Holding Funds: Funds may be held for up to 30 days to repay buyers in case of fraud.
  • No Random Listings: Lottery or raffle-style offers are not allowed.
  • Original Descriptions: Do not copy another seller's product description.
  • Correct Categories: List your offers in the right category and game.

Requirements for Sellers

  • Age Limit: You must be 18 or older to sell.
  • One Account Per Seller: Do not use multiple accounts without permission.
