Download the Launcher

Download, extract and open AscendUnlock.exe. Connect your account on the website to activate your license, or use your email and license key.

Run

Right-click the ZIP, choose “Extract All…”, then open the AscendUnlock.exe inside. Requires Windows 10 or later.

Activate

Choose Connect with EloAscend and confirm the pairing code on the website. Your active license is picked up automatically. You can also activate with your email and key.

Before your first launch

Extract the whole ZIP. Keep all its folders together, then open AscendUnlock.exe. You do not need to open the files ending in -app.exe separately.
Windows may request administrator permission. Component preparation runs first; the launcher then uses Windows’ normal permission prompt.
Choose Connect with EloAscend. Sign in to the account used for your purchase, then confirm the pairing code shown by the launcher. Email and license key activation is also available.

File verification & Windows warnings

The launcher is not code-signed yet, so Windows can display an unknown-publisher or reputation warning. A matching checksum confirms the downloaded bytes match this release; it is not a guarantee of safety. If Windows Security detects a threat or blocks the app, keep protection enabled and contact support with the exact warning.
